Resubmission

This is development version 1.2.1, following version 1.2.0 submitted to CRAN.

Version 1.2.1 standardizes method and argument names, improves tidy_raptor(), and adds schedule-based planning indicators to explore_gtfs().

Legacy dotted method values and argument names remain accepted for backward compatibility.

All examples, tests, Rd files, dependencies, and package code passed.
